I accidentally fell into writing and publishing when I became interested in my family history and genealogy. After 25 years of research, I really had to do something with all the information that my daughter and I had collected about my Faircloth Family history. That one book led to another and another which eventually has become a series on my family history, search and rescue, local history, and children's books. It has become my journey in life.
